I had a great experience at Top Stitch.The owner was very thorough with a difficult material to make sure it would survive the alterations and when I tried it on and it needed slightly more adjustments she made sure it was done in time for my event.I also had another back up dress arrive a day before my event and she kindly offered to work extra that night to ensure it was hemmed in a day!Would highly recommend!

I'm a tradie and have all my work clothes adjusted here. My wife has all her alterations done here as well. These guys are fantastic - the alterations are always perfect and done quickly. Plus, great value for money. Highly recommended!

I have just had the most wonderful customer service experience at Topstitch Alterations in Camberwell.I dropped a shirt in yesterday (3rd May 22) for some alterations and I asked whether it was possible to have it ready by COB today (4th May 22). I was advised it would be ready by 5pm. How fantastic is that..The wonderful lady at the store, worked late last night and finished it for me and I picked it up at 11am today.Its so great to see such lovely people in the world. Thanks so much.And the alterations were fantastic.Thank you.

I needed a pillow repaired that I had been using for many years and was effectively falling apart, when I received it back it was incredibly well repaired and will last for years to come. I also had a pair of loosely cut pants taken in and the stitching and job quality is incredible. They are also incredibly helpful and kind with answering whatever questions I have. Thank you!

My son called in to your shop on a Monday to see if you could repair his jacket - only to find you were closed. So he went to four other places seeking advice, to no avail. The job was too hard. He went back to you, you came up with a solution, did a wonderful job, and he is beyond happy. Thank you very much, I think you've done a great job too!
