Went to get my watch serviced as it was running fast.. cost $200, problem wasn't fixed, took it back an explained problem.. told them they should keep it for a few weeks to see how much time it was gaining.. they called me after 4 days saying it was ready.. picked it up, same issue.. gave up with them and took it to tag Heuer to get fixed, went to tell Peter that they didn't do anything for my $200.. he says I should have kept bringing it back to them.... How ridiculous! Don't get your watches fixed there, got no idea...Re. The reply they have just posted... You guys never sent it to Tag Heuer .. I had to take it after I got nowhere with you... You guys said no need to send to tag Heuer because they will fix things and change things that don't need fixing.. our jeweller will do the service so it's heaps cheaper.. BS... I paid the cheaper" price for absolutely nothing."

The team at Karingtons are second to none. Top notch service. Brian has an excellent knowledge of watches and was great in helping me find a new watch and even was able to guide me in the right direction for insurance. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!I had gone in with my daughter (1 year old) to purchase a gold ring for my fiance and upon entry I was asked what I was after, to which I said I was just looking. The woman behind the register then suddenly and with a fast pace disappeared out the back. Upon coming back out a man had followed her and he then blocked the entrance/exit by standing directly in front of it. It was blatantly obvious that they had both assumed I was going to steal something. I was there with a budget of just over $2000 to spend and after being judged and treated like a suspected criminal I decided to take my business elsewhere. Very glad that I didn't support this degrading business, and have told everyone since then to avoid Karington.

Ring set for repair - BOH confusion - eventually sorted out - ring returned with scuff marks underneath and oxidation at the adjustment site and a clear line of where the ring was rejoined.

Peter and his lovely team of professionals were integral in designing and creating our stunning engagement ring. It's always been a pleasure dealing with Karingtons over many years, but a bigger pleasure on this special occasion. Thank you so much, we are thrilled!

Refused to fix my watch because they didn't like my tone when they failed to return my calls. They know no other shop in Ballarat can send the watch back. I will never go back. Spent thousands there. Very upset. I didn't use bad language... Just said I was annoyed!
