Exceptional service from Chris to deliver a beautiful personalised barrel in time for Christmas less than a week out. Chris was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond, even replying after hours to ensure my questions were answered and the order had the best chance of arriving on time. Exceptional service by Chris. He was quick to respond to my queries and was willing to work with me on the etching design to ensure it suited our requirements. I first made contact with him on a Monday. I placed the order that same day and paid for Express Post. The order was waiting at the office on the Thursday morning when I walked in before 9am (QLD - Melbourne). The product was amazing and I was so happy with it. The recipient loved it as well. I would highly recommend Chris for a special gift... and am already considering purchasing as gifts for others!
