I was referred to Johns shop and not wanting to gush…but amazing …the repair and set up was amazing….instrument was a Gretch steel body with deviating neck…perfect repair and joy to be in his shop

John took my guitar and fixed it on the day whilst waiting.He provided a new bone nut and setup. It is rare to get the great service he provides these days. Especially three days to Christmas.Great craftsman!I will be back.Thanks Guitar Repairers.

John is a great guy! While he was servicing my guitar, he showed me some tips to fix little problems and even let me play some of his custom built guitars! He is a very knowledgeable guy, would recommend!

John is fantastic and passionate about his work. My SG went in playing terribly and came back feeling infinitely more enjoyable to play. His turn around time was fast, advise solid and shop very quirky. He gets my business every time and I can't recommend him enough.

The Guitar Repairers did THE most amazing job rebuilding my “custom” tele and I cannot thank them enough. They quoted me a good price and stuck to it, despite a lot of extra work on their part.The guitar was made for me in Bristol (UK) back in 1989 (?) and had a lot of problems. After early discussions, they;sawed off the original (glued on) neck and routed the body for a bolt-on neck,stripped the entire poly-finish,shaved 4mm off the entire body thickness and reshaped,filled, sanded and finished the body in nitro – colour matched to the faded, yellowed finish,fitted new hardware and electronics and set it up to play like it was always meant to.They sent me photographs at every stage to check if I was happy and to check how I wanted to proceed.I loved this guitar when it was first built but it had a lot of niggling problems. This is now my dream guitar again. Anyone who sees it says “Wow”. They even gave me back the original hardware, that I sold on ebay for a few $$.Thanks guys, you did THE most amazing job. Sorry it took me so long to leave feedback.

John squeezed me in for a last minute pot and jack change right at the end of the day. He was able to do it then and there while we had a good chat. Great service and conversation. I'll be back again I'm sure

I had a great experience at The Guitar Repairers'. Both John and Andre were very welcoming. John lowered the action on my guitar and restrung it right in front of me. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure that I was happy with his work before I left the shop. Not only does my guitar play better now, but it also sounds better. :)
