What a fantastic customer experience these guys offer! After contacting the team at liteshop for replacement parts for my Olight M3X, I realised after they had shipped the spares that I hadn't given them the correct model number of my torch (and older Triton unit). At their own expense they supplied what I needed, even though the error was on my behalf! Between this and their competitive prices (spare I needed was less than half the price of what I'd found online elsewhere) I'm a very happy customer, thanks again guys!

Second to none customer service. Made an inquiry regarding a light in May after a few previous purchases, not only did they follow it up some 3 months later with absolutely no further contact to let me know that the specific light I was after had been after was ordered in (wasn't previously stocked), they included the link for an easy purchase experience.
