Next time ask the person before putting down your conveyancor name on the contract. I had my own conveyancor but I did not know that information goes on the contract. After I signed, I came to know. And I wasn't told that they have put someone on it.Had a very bad experience with Melbourne Conveyancing.

Grove is a nice place to live for families.It is by the river,has a lot of parks within the estate and also Frasers organise a lot of events for families.It is multicultural and has a community feel to it.Highly recommend frasers and The grove estate.

Recently moved in the estate, nice place to stay. Although right now the only access to the estate is via Sayers Rd. Which is really making it difficult to move in the estate as lots of constructions are going in the estate and lots of trucks and SUVs and trailers and cars coming in and out makes it more challenging to get in and out of the estate. The Bethany Rd and the Hogan's Rd connection will make the estate much easier to commute to.
