As it took one year which I don't know why so long for just quotes, I had to go to another company as I couldn't wait for another year for installation as this was an emergency. Money given has been refunded so that was very important thank you.

Dennis was brilliant in assisting us from start to end.. he patiently followed up from the time we showed interest in getting some CCTV systems set up at our business premise in Richmond and the whole experience of getting the cameras installed and the follow up service was indeed good. I would not hesitate to introduce Dennis for any of your building security requirements.

Most appreciative of how Mark was able to find a technician for the very small time i had available. Even when he had someone call in sick on the day, which reduced the team size he was able to make a plan. Kept me in in the loop all the way along, including transparency on pricing. Unreliable, disrespectful and condescending.Quoted for alarm and intercom system. Installed alarm and were to return to install intercom. After numerous phone calls, and one month later, still no sight of Pro Security technicians.Requested an itemised invoice ,by email and phone many times and taken many weeks to be addressed.My husband recently passed away hence the upgrade of security.
