Im participating in the worlds greatest shave this month. But have a wedding beforehand.I asked for if she could recommend something to do with my hair. She bluntly says no. Disgusting service! Will never go back! Absolutely disgraceful!

first business that i wish i could give 0 stars too.Went in this week to grab some toner for my blonde hair. Had absolutely appalling customer service and behaviour from the indian lady with red hair on Wednesday. I've been doing my own hair for months and i know what my hair can and can't do and her behaviour was astonishingly rude. She even used her hand motions and a sarcastic tone to undermine my own skills and spoke sarcastically. Happy to raise this to a higher authority if this person doesn't get retrained or warned/punished for this behaviour to customers.

Staff complained about the store owner the whole time, making it awkward when they came in. Granted the owner did sound like an unpleasant person to work for from their perspective. My shirt was ruined by bleachy water pouring down my back because the basin was broken. All around an unpleasant experience. I wont even go back to buy shampoo anymore.

Obviously don't care about complaints. 12 months and rude indian lady is still (no suprise) rude. are you even going to do anything or just allow her to be a rude so and so?

Very rude staff, as per earlier reviews, extremely dismissive and arrogant. My daughter went in to have her hair regrowth matched to earlier blonde streaks. She came out with reddish darker hair. Complaint completely dismissed and told it’s just her hair throwing colour. Rubbish, she has had blonde done many times before, no issues at all. Additionally, tried to purchase a gel nail polish from another staff member, was told product in store was old, colour separated, wouldn’t sell to me. I mentioned perhaps they shouldn’t have old stock on shelves and was told it’s not her problem she just works there, doesn’t make decisions. Rubbish rude service, don’t waste your time nor money at this salon.

The indian staff is very rude and arrogant. I have visited many times. Always the same attitude. Needs some education on communication and customer service. Pathetic human being.

I’ve been to this store two or three times and every single time a lady at the counter has been unhelpful and rude.Zero effort in offering valuable customer service.If you want a better service go to the Indooroopilly branch. They are much more professional and approachable.
