Fixed our Lenovo Yoga broken hinge quickly and was great to deal with. Gave us a 6mo warranty.

My hubby got my MacBook Air 2014 repaired at the nearby Laptop Rescue & within 4 days of being away it came back PERFECT! Water damage, no power up...it was DEAD & they MADE IT COME BACK TO LIFE! Thank you all so much for your hard work! Now mama's back online!

Terrible experience. Spent almost 10 minutes even trying to find the entrance and once someone came out to help us, we told them that the keyboard on my laptop was not working properly and was told that they would need to replace the whole keyboard and it would cost about $600 (can't remember exactly but it was something like this) I then recently found a thread online on how to fix the problem FOR FREE by yourself with only a screwdriver. Absolutely would not recommend.

Cannot recommend Ben and the team at Laptop Rescue more.My work laptop’s charging port bit the dust and needed to be replaced. This required soldering the replacement directly to the motherboard – a very delicate process at the best of times.My laptop is a custom built high-end model. The manufacturer quoted me the cost of a new motherboard for the repair and required me to send it in to them in Melbourne (I’m in Sydney). A process that would take 7-10 days.Took a couple hours to call the first 15 laptop repair services I found in on Google. Every single one of them EXCEPT Laptop Rescue simply quoted a price and a flat 7-10 day turnaround time BEFORE even asking for my make and model.As the laptop is a work laptop with valuable/sensitive information, the response that I got from more repair shops of “yeah yeah mate no worries we’ll get it done, 7 days” was less than confidence inspiring. Factor that in and that most drop off points were also residential addresses and you can understand the hesitation.Laptop Repair was the only one out of the 15 who:✔ Asked for the details of the laptop before quoting✔ Asked me to come for a free consultation before quoting✔ Estimated a 2 day turnaround (which ended up being a 24 hour one)✔ Backed the repair with a 3-month warranty✔ Took down my details when dropping off and made sure to reconfirm my identity before handing over the laptop.Needless to say I was over the moon when I got the call to pick up the laptop. Ben and the team clearly understood the time critical and sensitive nature of the problem and delivered. The pricing was competitive and Ben was a consummate professional.Wish I had an extra hand so I could give the team three thumbs up.

I highly recommend Laptop Rescue . Ben repaired a fried Macbook Pro that had liquid damage. Apple did not want to touch it and could not give a firm quote. Ben gave a firm quote, well priced and fixed it within the week. Respect.

Dead motherboard on my daughters MacBook that Apple said would be too expensive to repair. I found Laptop Rescue online and gave them a try. Dropped it off Monday - Ben is straight forward and gets on with the job - he is confident in what he can do and so doesn’t waste any time with sales talk trying to sell you. I was told I’d get a quote Tuesday morning. Ben called Tuesday morning and gave me the reasonable quote and called me Thursday to say it was ready to collect. My daughter says it works faster and better than before. Parking is a little hard to find on the road and signage could be a little better from the street but seriously people if you have the address you can find it as it’s the only business complex entry at that street number. Thanks Ben we are happy to recommend your work.

Laptop rescue are great! Super efficient, fairly priced and even opened on a Saturday so I could pick it up (I work full time so couldn't go during normal hours). When my computer broke I was in a panic and very stressed and they quickly fixed it and ensured no loss of files or information.Can't recommend Ben and his team more! Wonderful service and I recommend to anyone who needs any repairs.

Highly recommend Laptop Rescue. Was told by another repairer that my ASUS was a write-off because of damaged motherboard and the cost of replacing it. Ben found the problem and replaced the component for a very reasonable price, so now I have my new ASUS 100% operational again. A really great outcome ! Many thanks Ben
