Hair cut was good , I do prefer a barber though, the atmosphere could be better , I would recommend this hairdresser, they do men's and women's hair .

Even though the staff were friendly they cannot cut women's hair, I honestly want a full refund, I had the length and thickness to achieve the reference photos I showed for the cut and style I wanted, I asked for layers, it looks like a mullet, like 4 year old hacked at my hair, I left with an uneven cut with random lengths all over the place no styling, even the front is not even the stylist just hacked at my hair with no proper sectioning at all, she rushed my hair just to get it done quickly and move on to the next client, how it looked did not seem to matter at all, it's completely uneven and I'll have to pay another hairdresser 60 dollars or more just to fix it,if you're after a ladies cut I do not recommend this place. It's the next day and it's even worse I'm distraught I can't style it I've tried everything if you can't cut hair or do a particular cut soemones asking for tell them U can't do it and to go somewhere else rather than making a quick buck by butchering someone's hair. I feel robbed I wish I could give a lower rating

Beautiful people and very good service! I've had my haircut just walk in within 15mins tho the place was super busy. Quick and professional service that I'd recommend for someone with a busy life and when you can't actually book a time in. You could park by the road and walk in to the arcade wait outside or in till you're called in.

I rang on Friday 8/4/22 to see if I could book an appointment to get my hair cut as it was late around 3:30pm and as I had been advised on more than one occasion from the hairstylist, I was told don’t need to make an appointment just come in you be right to get your hair cut today, I arrived around 4:15pm (distance to travel and taking someone to the hospital) walked in the door and was rudely told that “I am not doing any more cuts today “ I tried to explain that I had not long rang and was told it was ok to come down to to get my hair cut but geez the lady was just going on about how I needed to come in earlier when the other girls was on again I tried to explain that a call had been made but she didn’t care and was so dam rude. Sorry I have been getting my hair cut here for years have never had a problem have even recommended this salon to others but after yesterday’s experience it’s good bye from me. So people please because I was told about the rudeness from one hairdresser in there didn’t believe it till now

Under new ownership, the staff and service is fantastic! Didn’t have to wait to long for a walk in and the haircut was great! Highly recommend.

My GrandSon, who is 2yrs old, got his first haircut. They were very good with him, his haircut really suited him, and it all was done within 10mins. I was given a bag with a couple of his curls to keep. Excellent, especially since we were a walk-in. In and out within 16 mins. Lovely experience!
