Good local fish and chip, the fisherman's basket was about $14.60 and includes a flake, seafood stick, calamari ring, scallop and prawn cutlet, I found the most value out of all the other fish and chip shops in the area. Owner was nice and polite, food came within 10 minutes of ordering. Plenty of parking available and a public toilet nearby.

Perfect chips everytime and they do make good food always with friendly service. If you are contemplating to try this place out, I say go for it, you wont be disappointed. I have been disappointed once, the placement of the extra cheese requested on my last order with the mall special burger, cheese slices should of been separated with other fillings.

Very good, clean fish and chips here. They still make their own potato cakes. Great variety and reasonable prices so you don't leave feeling ripped off.

This fish and chip shop has been part of the Mall as long as l can remember. It was badly damaged in a fire in 1982 but after renovation it soon became as popular as ever. It attracts a variety of different groups. The locals, the TAFE, student, and traffic passing. It has had a number of owner all keeping this a successful business. I recommend this store to anyone wanting this kind of food.

What a rip off ordered minimum chips and got this!It's just a handful, what happened to the days of a good quantity bunch?Owner is very judgemental on large people. Just worry about serving them food mate your not their doctor!
