I attended Dr Mark's workshop on the seven levels of motivation in 2013. This was organized by Monash University. His main messages were1. That people's intentions matter more than their actions.2. His model on the hierarchy of motivation contains levels of survival, pleasure, power, courage, compassion, wisdom and meaning. These allow a person to distinguish between a politician who clings to power and a true statesman like Nelson Mandela.I cannot overstate how valuable this workshop was for me in being able to understand my environment as well as today's world.Dr Mark demonstrated a clear and concise method of teaching and was supported by an equally enthusiastic and professional team of facilitators.

Mark's Personality Training Course was life changing! I was able to get a much deeper understanding of why certain relationships in my life have had more friction particularly the relationship with my father who I was also working with in the past. We seemed to clash in our approach to decisions within the business and I finally got clarity around why that was the case.The course has given me greater clarity in how to best approach people of different personality styles to me and I have already found my relationships are closer and more positive. Not only that, the most profound impact has been in my new understanding of my strengths and development areas so that I can be the best me possible! Thank you for being a wonderful facilitator and opening my eyes to a whole new way of being. It has changed my personal life and given me more inspiration towards my business!
