Second time. The customer service is really bad. What's going on with your staff, that people are not professional. The cashier was rude. She was talking with her friend when I was at the counter and she was more important in her conversation and used f words than me like a customer. That is not the charity I was paying for my shopping. Customer service is disgusting. This is the second time when I have had a bad experience at the same chemist and probably the same person in the last month.

Went the other day to pick up a script. I asked if I could get two months worth as a once off as I am in the middle of radiation therapy, and am exhausted and knew in 4 weeks time I was gonna be exhausted. I was told no, even though at the bottom of the script to ask the pharmacist if you need it earlier than “X”. I explained all that, and they took my script and came back later and said no, they would only do it if they could call my doctor to confirm (in the evening so knowing full well my doc wouldn’t be open).I had to pick up a script for my mother in law a week later and went to her chemist (good price) and they were kind and compassionate, even cut me off half way through explaining and said it was no problem.I feel like when I’ve gone to chemist warehouse Nerang I’ve been treated with suspicion instead of with care. Disappointing bc I loved my old store in Northcote- but nostalgia alone isn’t enough to make me keep going. Bye Chemist Warehouse, I’m a Good Price Chemist Girlie now.

Good store but feels smaller than other locations.

Can keep your prescription on file and prepared each month with a text reminder so you can walk in and walk out with minimal waiting.I find the pharmacy staff very pleasant and helpful.

Was there yesterday picking up scripts. Waited 30mins and finally asked staff if my name had been called as I’ve been waiting 30mins. The script had been ready however it had not been called. The same thing happened to my daughter a few weeks ago. Yes they have a good range of products and cheaper medications but really need to be mindful that people are waiting and make an effort to call the individual names as some are elderly and unwell.

It is a bit overcrowded in there. There is not enough space to navigate through.Love the affordable prices tho, friendly counter staff.

Staff just stand behind the counter gossiping not serving people. Went there the other day at-least 10 staff on shift behind the counter with a line up of about 15 people. AbsolutelyDisgusting. What the hell is going on at this joint

The staff are very rude overcharged me for a script when I questioned them about it they told me it’s the way the doctor wrote out the script a couple of months ago I gave them my pension card for a script and would you believe they lost and then had the hide to tell me I dident give it to them but twenty mins later guess what they found it what a joke chemist warehouse narrang

The staff were really rude to my Mum today. She came home in tears. She made a click and collect order yesterday, went to collect it, when she got it home one of the items was missing and she'd added one unwanted item accidentally. When she returned to the shop today to ask for the missing item and return the unwanted item the staff member was really rude. They made out that Mum was playing the system, had received the item and was back in store trying to get more.When they went to check their CCTV system it turned out the staff member had missed out the item from the order and it was their mistake, but they didn't apologise and were difficult about returning the unwanted item. When we checked the returns policy on their website, they have a 7 day returns policy, so I'm not sure why they were giving Mum a hard time about wanting to return an unwanted, unopened item.They needn't have been so rude and unnecessarily difficult. What a nasty experience, we'll be shopping elsewhere in future.
