Rosalind Park
Lovely place to waste away the time. Walking/riding path is a plus and midweek was not crowded.

Rosalind Park
I remember the peaceful ambience of Rosalind park when we enjoyed family gatherings there in the 70's and 80's. Thanks to the noise and stench from the bats (which the authorities allowed to develop through inaction when the bats first arrived), we can never enjoy the park again. I made the mistake of walking through the park today and the noise was deafening. I will never go there again. Fortunately we still have Crook St park and White Hills gardens that we can safely use as a family. I'm told our council rates were used to install a cooling system for the bats in summer. What next? Daily fruit deliveries.

Amazing park...a must go when in Bendigo. Very cool on a hot day with lots of shade and benches to sit. The tower look out is excellent. If you have trouble walking I'd advise parking up near it and the hills are quite steep if you walk through the park to it

Rosalind Park has to be one of the major jewels in the crown of Bendigo no matter what the season. An early morning walk around the park recharges the batteries as you stroll past some of the many features such as the Cascades waterfall and fountain, the Poppet Head lookout tower, the rotunda and fernery. It is also worth noting that some of the many trees in the park date back to the 1800’s. One of the paths will take you alongside the Bendigo creek. The leaves on the trees here in Autumn become a wash with colourful, vibrant and bright hues. If you want your spirits lifted and your senses elevated, I highly recommend a visit.

Rosalind Park
Beautiful gardens with some elegant statues, water fountains and historical buildings. A few Christmas decorations scattered about at the time we visited including a huge Christmas tree. Limited shade throughout most of the park, but great for short runs or taking the dog for a walk. Connects onto the adjacent gardens and the Conservatory too, and is quite close to Bendigo city centre.

Tulips coming to the end with still some nice blooms. The giant bats in the trees are significant. Lovely park to walk through.

It was one of the prettiest parks I've been to. The walk is so peaceful (despite us going on a weekend, but it was a slightly cold weekend), and the scenery is lovely.

Rosalind Park
A lovely park to explore, meandering paths through the trees. Beautifully shaded areas to picnic on the lawns. A climb up the tower provides wonderful 360 degree views of Bendigo.
