ADT Security

I recently had an ADT security system installed and the team made the entire process easy and were very prompt with installing the system. Travis came to our home for the initial consultation and was very thorough in explaining how the system works and helped mapped out where the sensors would be most effective in our home. He was very friendly and was more than happy to answer any questions we had! The installation was prompt only a day later and Beau was exceptionally professional with installation and took the time to fully explain the system to us and demonstrate to us how to use it in a practical sense. He worked with us to ensure we were able to put the sensors in the best locations and was very helpful throughout the whole process making the experience enjoyable as a whole! I would recommend ADT to anyone considering installing a security system!

Complete waste of time and money. We were assured it wouldn’t detect our 5kg chihuahua but he is constantly setting off the alarm. When ADT calls to notify us the alarm has been set off, we’re passed onto hold as no one is available to take the call. Thankfully we haven’t been broken into but if we were they would be in and out before we could even speak to anyone or have ADT attend. So we paid $1000 for installation + an ongoing $38/month to be notified our dog is walking around. You must also have the system decommissioned by them when you’re finished with it. 10/10 waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

They took advantage of my 93 year old mother, are charging her twice each month for a single service. Billed her $800 for a service she didn't need offered to refund the money but in 6 months haven't done so.All potential customers... BEWARE.

I can safely say I have never been dealt with by a service company as poorly as ADT. When I rang to get a system check which I had been promised 3 years ago the first thing they did was sell me an increased monthly monitoring charge telling me prices where going up and this was a deal. Then they sent me out a technician who told me my system hadn’t been working for a long time so basically ADT have been collecting money for a service they weren’t providing and then had the cheek to increase that charge. Finally they call me to upgrade my system, one they should have upgraded years ago, and the sales rep was the rudest man I have ever spoken to.I would strongly advise against ever using this company.

Dreadful experience. Been with them for years and when there was a fault with the system they debited a large sum from my bank account without notice. Despite various letters to the MD completely refused to address my concerns despite being a long-standing customer. Would not recommend them to any future prospect

The services are the worst I have ever dealt with. IHad my services transferred over to another house and it took 3 mths for this to happen then another couple of mths to get the job done right in-between having my services cancelled and then receiving very large bills for cancellation and jobs that apparently took longer than the contractor attended my house to do

The installation people are great. But there cameras are very poor! Compared to what is out there the camera system is lacking in what is expected by the consumer. Very poor value. I would goto a bunnings and self install.

Terrible. I cancelled subscription and ADT continued to withdraw money from our bank account without permission and without providing any service.

I have been an ADT customer for many years now. It was a no brainer to get ADT to do a new install for alarm monitoring and cameras for my new house. I have always received fantastic service however was very impressed with ADT and Travis when he came out to inspect the property. He was prompt, very pleasant and understood what I wanted to install. They were able to give me an instant price which was very reasonable. I would have no issues recommending this company. Whenever we have had a monitoring issue or query it has also been rectified. Great company with friendly service.

ADT was recommended to us by friends. Travis sold our home system to us and was very pleasant and thorough and patient explaining everything - and we had a lot of questions!Peter and Jamie installed the system without any problems. Two very nice young men who arrived promptly at the appointed time. They obviously knew what they were doing and explained the system very clearly. They worked hard for 7 hours and we were very impressed with them! We're also impressed with the clarity of the cameras and the systems are very easy to use. I love that I can control everything through my phone! I would recommend ADT.
