Very slow and poor service. Only wanted two bottles water. One person ahead of us.Not even acknowledged by staff when at counter, was seen but all turned their back on us.

The first thing I want to make clear is that this review is weighted with the understanding that McDonald's isn't a high end restaurant and that it doesn't employ chefs.The second, is that even understanding this, I'm giving the restaurant a 1.The reason is simple, I got slugged for $5 for a large French fries, and even though I thought the cost a little high I generally know roughly what I'm going to get.What i didn't expect, was to be handed what texturally amounted to cardboard.The chips had obviously been reheated. They felt like last night's leftovers warmed up. And there was zero moisture left in them. This when I ordered early in the morning and fries should have been fresh.I couldn't even finish them despite being hungry and didn't have enough time to go back for a refund which I absolutely would have demanded, because even at McDonald's, there is a standard below which one cannot fall. And handing a customer what you know are old chips because it's morning and you want to cut costs by not heating a new batch of fries falls well below that standard. And only someone with contempt for their customers and their franchise would do it. To say nothing of the health risk. The worst fries I've ever actually had.Someone should also call the health inspector, it'd be interesting to see them fail.

Receipt from the self service machine never works, nor does the maccas app code thing. It's worked once and I've been there many a time. Half the staff appear as though they are on suicide watch they are so sad looking. Good place to get bashed outside of too I hear, be on your toes.But look if you want a maccas it'll do I guess.

Dirty place, staff taking too long and looking like there not interested in serving and doing there job. Multiple times I've waited over 10 to 15 for my order. Supposed to be fast food

Ordered a soft serve and there was only one guest before me, but the staff did not prepare my order even i have asked for 3 times after waited for half an hour.Then the manager attended to me with a unpleasant look, asked me do you want to have refund or wait ? If that is you what are you going to say ? I am speechless and disappointed.

Since moving to the area, every single time I have ordered there have been so many missing items & instructions not followed, chips are always tasteless and cold. For the fact that we now have to spend more than we used to for something that used to be a cheap dinner it is not worth the money at all anymore from this store.

Bad customer service with unfriendly attitudes of some of the staff who take orders in the drive-through. I put an order for 6 ice creams [ 3 chocolate ones and 3 strawberry ones ], I was charged for them, and then I was told that the machine making the strawberry ice creams was not working. How can they charge for a product when the machine making that product is not working?. I do not believe it and I think it was more an attitude issue. The manager intervened when I asked for her and she refunded me for 3 ice-creams. Bad taste of an experience at this McDonald and upper-management should take note of these complaints.

Used to enjoy going here for breakfast but no longer. The food has gone drastically downhill, no care taken when making it. What you get is a bow full of jumbled ingredients you have to reassemble yourself. If you ordered a latte from the mc Cafe you used to get a proper cup, now everything comes in take away cups regardless of whether you eat in or take away. Staff have become unhelpful and surly. Not a pleasant experience any more. Sad.
