Susan caught me browsing the store’s super expansive range of fabrics and helped me find the perfect combination of fabric for my wedding outfit, and even helped me figure out how much fabric I needed to buy. I would definitely come back for any projects in the future. Would highly recommend going to Van Hung fabric for fantastic service and fabric range!

Went to VanHung Fabric on Saturday 4th July 2020, i was assisted by Susan. I gave her a detailed explanation of what my dress was going to look like. Susan then assisted me for the next 40 minutes looking at all different types of fabric. We found the fabric that i just fell in love with. I can not thank Susan enough not only for helping me but for giving me great advice and being very kind. I ended up getting my dress made with the fabric I chose at Vanhung. I called van hung fabric to ask if they sell sewing threads because most fabric stores sell sewing threads and other appliances like buttons and bobbins etc etc. instead of a healpful answer I got the rudest response!! “Don’t waste my time and go somewhere else!” The interaction was 10 seconds long. So unbelievably rude.

I travelled from the NSW South Coast to this highly recommended busy fabric store in Cabramatta and it was definitely worth the trek! From my initial enquiry via phone to the warm welcome I received in-store, everything went perfectly. Susan was wonderful! She visualized exactly what I wanted, made sketches of my outfit to make sure we were on the same page, and then searched the rows and rows of beautiful fabrics for exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you Susan, you’ve made this soon-to-be Mother of the Groom very happy!

I had walked into this fabric store, and was greeted by the most friendliest, bubbliest, woman, Susan.She was at the ready to help us with whatever we needed. She had all the answers and knew just how to help. Not only did she know how to help, but wanted to help and was ready to spend as much time as needed with us.Such a wonderful, uplifting experience.Her customer service was nothing short of amazing.What a wonderful woman she is. If you would like really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service just ask for Susan. It's no suprise most of the 5 star reviews here are for her. She was so patient with me and her knowledge of fabric and dressmaking was reassuring. I'm really pleased with my fabric choices and will come again if l need anything in the future

Good variety but they were rude and not very helpful. I brought in a sample fabric for the colour I wanted. They showed me to the section with 20+ rolls of similar shade, and without further assistance the man simply said I won't find the colour I'm after. Also he warned me the price when I touched one of the roll of fabric, like I can't afford it or something.
