Banh mi!This is a strong contender for Brisbane's best banh mi. The roll is crispy and light, and filled with a generous amount of freshly roasted pork, crunchy crackling, carrot, salad, pate and chilli to taste. It's very reasonably priced too!!

I can definitely relate with the recent reviews!! I’ve been here lots of times already and based on my observation only the girl with heaps of ear piercing makes the most decent ban mi, second is Mia. Food is good but only order when these two are here. Also stop serving spring rolls when it’s been there for hours!! No one enjoys eating soggy spring rolls!!!Manager is also rude, he shouts at his staff in front of the customers I have witnessed it a couple of times.

Ordered the roast pork banh mi, may have been an off day.Pros: Good amount of chilli, coriander, carrot & cucumber.Cons: The regular vietnamese style roll which is crusty on outside and soft on the inside seemed to be a couple days old and was very overly chewy and a bit stale. No pate on the roll. The roast pork was so overdone it was chewy and hard. Mostly fatty bits.Will be back to try the bowls maybe but steering clear of the pork.

Banh mi with roast pork was yummy. Loses a star for lazy assembly. Roll was soft and fresh, pork was yum, veggies were fine but the distribution was all over the show. First few mouthful, plenty of pork, not much veg. Next few mouthful, mostly carrot. Next mouthful a barrage of chilli. Also feel there could have been a bit more coriander and cucumber. Price was very standard. Overall will return. Service was excellent.

When this store open I went here and I was very surprised because depends on who made Banmi sandwich the ingredients are really different!!!!!!! So few months later I went here yesterday I ordered two combo but was disappointed again I never go here again!!! If you want to get normal banmi ask to Mia. If you want only veggies order to trainee!!!!!!!!!!!!! When trainee pick ingredients for next she dropped the meat !!!! She picked heaps carrots!!! But she will give you 3-5 small pieces meat !!! And half sauces!! How nice !!

I have always had amazing customer service, the portions are very good for the price you pay and always fresh. I have tried the Banh Mi, Rice Rolls and the Bun Salad and all are delicious. William has also always provided great customer service. I 100% recommend the roast pork too, so crispy yet so tender. So glad they have opened up in the area, and I would love to see more open up in QLD.

Great experience. Food was fresh and tasty. I got the Bun bowl which is a cold salad with hot meat added and you get to pick a dressing to add yourself. It was fresh and flavoursome and the teriyaki chicken was tasty. My tip would be to make sure you stir the dressing through the entire salad as it’s flavourless without it. Service was amazing as the staff were super friendly and even gave us a free spring roll and cold canned black tea to try.
