Visited in-store for a quote: Employees directed all communications to the male coworker that I was with, despite his lack of knowledge, and my knowledge in the area. Employees were not knowledgeable and could not answer my questions. Further, I'm yet to receive the quote. We moved our business to a competitor, who provided more options, and a more reasonable price.
