Had a bit of an urgent issue with one of the freezers in our Diner.. A quick call, and Katherine was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. Maintained constant contact checking in with me over the next few days, and then left me with some very realistic options and advise regarding repair. Will definitely be calling on BayAir again in the future if the need arises.

Upon calling telling there is something wrong with our a/c we were told of call out fees. To which we agreed upon. Technician comes out tells us there is nothing wrong with it after 2 mins and that it is running normally. Doesn’t even check to clean filter. Promptly leaves, we get a invoice from the office charging call out fee for no work. Now the unit doesn’t work and they want nothing to do with it. Manager not taking calls and dealing with the matter.Beware scammers!!!You didn’t service my unit. We were advised there was nothing wrong with the unit from your technician. We knew our unit was not sounding right and was labouring. We were trying to be pro active by getting you guys in to have a look at it, to which you were very dismissive. No one shouted at your service operator. You said you were going to call me back but I have not received any call. If you have credibility in the industry you would not let this escalate to the level we are now at. Take ownership of the poor service you provided and received payment for.

Called Bay air and very responsive and professional. Initially I was expecting higher bill to service my restaurant aircon system but the charges were minimal and work was carried out professionally.

Kelly and I are happy to recommend Katherine and the Bayair Team following an AC malfunction.Katherine at the office bent over backwards to offer help and send an engineer out to resolve the issue.We were so happy that we even re-booked an appointment for them to come back and do a deep clean on all our ACs in the house.Thanks again Bayair happy to give you 5 stars.Cheers Terry & Kelly
