I asked for super natural looking highlights on my hair which already had an ombre...and the people at charming decided to put in bright blonde streaks into my hair with 0 blending. I even told her while she was bleaching my hair that I didn't think it was blended and looked natural but she merely brushed off my comment and continue to paint zebra stripes on my hair. I spent $150 and cried for days after my hair was utterly ruined. It looked absolutely atrocious and completely unnatural- I was in utter shock that I paid money to look like this. None of my friends could believe that these were salon results - they all told me it looked like a bad at-home dye job. The salon seemed really unhygienic, the products also smelt so cheap and stung my scalp. Thank goodness I went to a proper salon afterwards and they fixed everything that Charming ruined.

Everyone here is fantastic! I trusted them with my wedding make up and they delivered beautifully. Makeup was practically flawless AND stayed on the entire event, hair was nicely done too. The team made sure that I was comfortable! ❤️❤️ Recommend to anyone any day.
