Nutrition Warehouse Wodonga

A very helpful female staff member was quite accommodating. Although good luck if there is a shop full of people and only one attendant. Was extremely disappointed discover that the store held ZERO of the stock which I'd browsed on the nutrition station website. Such a big warehouse for such a tiny range.

Today I went to Nutrition Warehouse Wodonga. I explained that I wasn't feeling well after doing a tougher than usual pt session last week. I explained I felt like I had been hit by a car and just did not feel right. She asked relevant questions and suggested that I contact Nurse on Call or go to a local pharmacy to seek further advice for how I am feeling as it may be hard to get into a GP clinic. I explained that I wasn't eating and needed something that would help. I can't thank the young lady enough and her customer service was wonderful, Thank you.

I come to this store, not just for the best products and prices, but the amazing customer service. The team always treat you so well, happy to help and suggest products, no matter if they are busy or you are the only one in the store. I go out of my way to shop here

I have been to the Wodonga store a few times now. I have previously experienced friendly staff and good service. Today I left feeling like I’d never purchased a supplement before today. I was questioned on my supplement choices and corrected like I didn’t know what I was buying. I did not ask for the information I was given and it wasn’t helpful. I then discovered the pre-workout I purchased was caked and in chunks. I took it back and was told all of them are the same (not true for the ABE I purchased at the same time) and was pressured to accept the product (but told I could replace it if I really thought it was necessary). I have social anxiety and had my 2yo daughter on my hip so I just left with what I previously purchased. The gentleman serving me came off as dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. I don’t think I will return to the Wodonga store in the future after today.

Competitive pricing with great sales/offers and super fast delivery. I live in a rural alpine region and my order was delivered to my door the next day after ordering. Couldn't believe how fast and efficient. Very happy customer.

Great place I shop here all the time and the staff are very knowledgeable about everything and the staff recommend the best of what your looking for but will cover all options.
