Phoned them on more than 2 occasions asking if they had a part, they said yes they have a few. Got a price. Drove all the way out there after work in peak hour traffic to be told “it’s not looking good mate, we don’t have any” then I said “you said yesterday on the phone you had it” to which he asked me to go out the back and have a look for myself. Like mate, I don’t work here you dumb old miserable pr!ck, that’s your little ghetto. You get the part and I pay for it. Absolute waste of time. Both the old guys at the front desk seemed like ignorant sad sacks. Wouldn’t recommend goin to seem them old coots.

Not sure if racist but definitely money grubbing for things that have always been throw away items. Not sure I'd trust their work and don't seem to be real enthusiasts. Charge top dollar for broken down degraded parts and also make a huge fuss about warranty. Not a friendly place at all and miserable sad to say. Rather go anywhere else basically, better experience and far cheaper prices for better qaulity

AFTER WAITING NEARLY 8 WEEKS TO HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED ELSEWHERE AND HAVING IT JUST SITTING IN THE THEIR YARD WITHOUT ANY THING BEING DONE , I WAS TOLD TO TRY ATHOL PARK WRECKERS, I HAD A TOW TRUCK PICK IT UP FROM THE FIRST AUOTO REPAIR YARD AT 11AM AND 3 HOURS LATER HAD A CALL TO SAY IT WAS FIXED AND READY TO BE PICKED UP , TO SAY I WAS SHOCKED TO HAVE IT FIXED READY TO GO IN SUCH A SHORT TIME ESPECIALLY AFTERWAITING FOR SO LONG WAS UNBELIEVABLE..TO ANDY ,,SHANE AND ALL INVOLVED AT ATHOL PARK AUTO MY THANKS AND HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMENDING THIS BUSINESS TO ANY PERSON WHO NEEDS REPAIR WORK DONE FAST AND COST COMPARABLE.

Called and was told yes we have the part your wanting go there 30 min lost work time just to stand there y thay go and get part off car turns out the car is a auto so no you dont have the part im looking wont be going there again wast off time money for no reason

Great customer service. I was given a great price for the part I was after, and the gentleman I spoke to was kind enough to offer some advice related to my vehicle. My problem had been misdiagnosed and I was able to avoid buying unnecessary parts by following the advice given to me. Highly recommended.
