ADL Plumbing and gas

ADL Plumbing & Gas came very highly recommended from a good friend of mine. After having two weeks of plumbing issues including awful smells, overflowing drains and slowly flushing toilets, I contacted Jarrod at ADL Plumbing & Gas. Immediately, I felt at ease with Jarrod’s professionalism and endeavours to help my with plumbing issue as quickly as he could. I contacted these guys on a Monday public holiday and they immediately organised an appointment the next day. I was astounded at how quickly they were able to organise an appointment and the following day, I met two of the plumbers from the company. It seemed effortless for Luke (one of the very experienced plumbers) to diagnose what was wrong and recommend a solution. Within 1 hour, they had used their hydro jet machine to clear a blockage in my drains. Not only did they resolve the issue I had, but they promptly cleaned all of the mess that was left over from the job. I would highly recommend ADL Plumbing & Gas for any plumbing issues. My biggest complements would be their professionalism, knowledge/experience, efficiency and timeliness. The only issue is that I left a plumbing issue go on for two weeks before calling these guys. Wish I had done so earlier.

Jarrod’s guys were able to come out same day, arrived when expected were professional and did the job efficiently and effectively. Called on a Friday so would have been a pretty awful weekend if the didn’t attend as all drains were backed-up.

We have removed a bath in our bathroom and are installing a toilet and vanity in its place. We got plumbing done today and next we will have a slurry poured and new tiles put down. Plumber will then return and put in new toilet and vanity. The plumber Jarrod has done an excellent job so far, been friendly punctual and is a very good connunicater.

I couldn't recommend more highly! My HWS stopped working; Jarrod even offered to come out that day, but we agreed for him to visit first thing the following morning. Not only did he turn up exactly when he said he would, but I got a text link to a little tracker showing me where he was! The HWS unfortunately needed replacing but he immediately went and got a new one and installed it...all done within about 2 hours! I'd totally call ADL again if I need them. Great work, very happy.

Very happy with the initial interaction I had with Jarrod. Flexible in working around the time restrictions I had, prompt in delivering the inspection, punctual and reliable. Will definitely be using his services in the future.
