Beautiful place not too far from Melbourne. Book gear online for discounts and book entry online for discount and fast entry. Check weather and announcements if you need chains for your car wheels. Friendly and courteous staff.

This place came highly recommended. Unfortunately the service was not great. We waited a good 20minutes for some assistance with hire equipment no other customers were in the building. There were plenty of staff but some were standard around eating, others were just casually chatting and a couple were just staring into space oblivious to our presence. Terrible customer service.Another business will now receive the money we were prepared to spend on equipment.

I had to wait in a long queue to fill up a form, then found out they ran out if tobbogans, then waited in another long queue to be given chains of incorrect size which had to be replaced, then another queue to pay... So much wasted time to only find out the same stuff can be hired cheaper in a shop just down the road.

It was an exciting journey to Mount Buller and I had an excellent day. The skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and snowshoeing were the most exciting events. It was a day of snow falling which made the day more memorable. The launch was also enjoyable.

Nice place, decent service and pricing. Only thing that I would have liked was being shown how to put on snow chains if they were needed, instead of being directed to read the instructions on the box

Be very careful here, hired all the gear through the experts at a premium rate only to have 3 sets of boots poorly fitted which ended up destroying our day. We were assured at fitting they were fine but it wasn’t the case and have feet soreness and bruising 24 hours later attesting to it. Biggest disappoint was mentioned it on return with no acknowledgment or apology. Must be better service in town.

Best place in Mansfield to hire stuff.Went to discount ski hire last time I was here and had to wait 3 hours just to get clothes. Very happy with the service here well done

Awesome place and lovely staff - Elliot in particular went above and beyond for us, we’re super appreciative, thanks so much man! Those small gestures just made our snow day easier and it was such a great way to start to the morning meeting someone so nice and helpful!
