I visited the Penrith store for the first time with my partner, enquiring about going on a plan for a new mobile phone. I spoke with Aaron, I believe his name is, and I had a fantastic experience. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. He ensured everything was running smoothly with the phone and offered to set it up in store. Made an appointment online for 2 -3pm. Unfortunately we were held up with my ageing fathers medical appointment and arrived 15 minutes late. Tried to call the store to let them know, but of course there is no direct number to call, and upon arrival was told quite bluntly by a young woman, that because we missed the allotted time, we would have to go to the end of the queue and wait till 4.30pm, as people have walked in and were now ahead in the queue.Don’t bother making appointments, it doesn’t work, and how you’re treated when you’re trying to do all the right things is unacceptable.

I came to The Telstra Shop in Penrith with the dilemma of replacing my old Flip phone. Lachlan Dubier was fantastic. He spent a long time transferring the data from my old phone to the new one. It was really great customer service! Thank you Lachlan!

Horrendous experience!Sales Rep completely messed my order up, i have had no connectivity for 3 weeks. Lachlan from this store promised to call me last week. The Store manager was of no help at all. Every employee that has been in contact from Billing, Technical (level 2), Concerns Team and Store representatives have no solution for a problem that Telstra started.My case number is INC23167686.I will be using my points before porting out to another service provider after many years of having Telstra, all due to this store.

Unhelpful staff who give conflicting information, The manager is so rude and unprofessional. After 1 payment date not 2 and unable to complete, simple tasked but getting told its no able to be completed but when calling help desk they advised to go to store to fix up. They have no idea what they're doing, can't give me any clear answers, and in fact give me incorrect information. It was such a pointless waste of time to get 2 new services.Not to mention the fraud activities that go on within the store with the Manager Supporting this type of activity 100%Even emailed the store like Christine from HO said and still no action.

The manager is sooo rude and unprofessional. He made us wait for 2 days over a service that could be done online. We had to drive for 15min to another Telstra store to get A comprehensive explanation!!!!

I rareĺy post reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. It's so difficult to speak to anyone from Telstra at the best of times. I decided to finish work early so I could get to the shop before closing time. I arrived at 5:20pm to ask them to fix an error THEY had made on my contract, they straight out refused and told me to make an appointment. Ten minutes before closing time and refused to do ANYTHING. Shameful!!!
