I had ongoing issues with my shoulder and lower back and after 2 visits to Jacky Chan he not only diagnosed the problem but treated them effectively. I have better mobility and range of motion and I am now pain free.I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Compass and their staff if you have any issues with mobility or pain. 5 stars for service and professionalism.

I have been going to Compass for about 3years on and off as required for various chiropractic needs. I have also taken my son to have back issues addressed. Ben has always fitted me in if I felt the problem was urgent and has been very accommodating around my work hours. He is professional and I always come away with more movement and feeling happier than when I arrived! Easy parking, no rush, good service.

I was looked after by Ben. He is thorough in his treatment. He explained at every stage of the treatment. Very knowledgeable. Needless to say that all of my concerns were treated. Years long pain on my shoulders, back and the elbow is gone. Totally recommend Compass Healthcare.

I have found him to be a very compassionate person, listens to both my physical and emotional needs which in turn helps him to treat the true area" I have issues with. I never knew that I could have pain in my jaw from "stress". I would recommend Ben to anyone who wants professional compassionate treatment. Another great vantage of Compass Healthcare is parking. There is never an issue with parking."

I saw Nicole for a massage this morning - it was wonderful. My body was so tight when I went in, and now I'm feeling so light - no tightness.I have MS and I'd advise anyone with MS that you'd benefit from a massage like me.

I’ve been seeing Ben for over 10years, he is caring, thorough, takes his time and has all the modern bells and whistles and will likely use a number of tools on you during your 35-45min session depending on the issue, which is where he differs from other chiropractors I’ve seen at other places that work on you for only 15 min crack a few bones and send you on your way for the same price without listening to your needs, I highly recommend… there are not many like Ben in Canberra!

I've been seeing Ben for about 13 years. Gymnastics as a child has ruined my neck and back and Ben always fixes me back into alignment every time. I've also seen Ben for sprained ankles, stiff muscles and migraines. All I can say is for me he is the best and I can't recommend him enough!

I attend Compass Health for chiropractic treatment. Ben is always professional in his manner and asks specific questions about your health needs. Sessions are generally 30 to 40 minutes. Treatment is very thorough and you are never rushed through. I would recommend Compass Health very highly .
