Stepz Fitness Penrith

Started working out here a few weeks ago. The vibe of the gym is very friendly and the greenery inside the gym gives a relaxing feel. The members are very friendly and are willing to help if needed.

Me and my friend joined stepz a year and a halfago and signed to a 12 month contract, when wejoined ash did not take us through any details ofthe contract he only disclosed it was a year andafter the year was up we would need to renew ourmembership. After it had been a year we tried ourfirst attempt to leave and he told us we wouldneed to come in person at a certain time to signout, the only times he gave us were in our workhours so we couldn't end the contract and left itat our first attempt. 3 months later we tried againexplaining that I was moving away and needed tocancel my membership, he abused me over thephone and told me I had to pay a 180 dollarcancellation fee because I didn't give notice whenmy first attempt should have been my notice toleave.. the weekly payments continued comingout until finally I got a hold of a staffmember who explained to me he makes itvery hard for members to leave and this is not thefirst time it had happened. She also explained tomy friend that he had renewed her membershipwithout her knowledge when she asked him toput it on hold as she didn't have the funds. Therewas nothing wrong with the gym itself and thestaff, but the owner ash is completely unethical, rude and just after money!

Hands down, best choice I’ve made in years coming to Stepz Gym, Ash and his friendly team make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. I cannot recommend highly enough my experiences thus far, do yourself a favour and experience Stepz Gym in Penrith, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve never been in a gym before because of a gym phobia. But after scoping Stepz Penrith out for 18 months I bit the bullet, best decision ever. From the moment I walked through the door Donna, Ash and the team made me feel at ease and supported. They are extremely helpful and take an interest in you no matter your fitness level. Do not leave it as long as me to be a part of this clean, supportive and well-equipped gym. I would highly recommend Stepz Fitness Penrith to anyone.
