Overpriced low quality furniture. Inconsistent pricing

When I went to store for second time to buy the furniture and the staff realize that I was going to buy that item, she took the existing price lable which I had the picuture previously and change it from $ 16000 to 17800 . I realize that it is cheating so I left the store. By the way the staff apologized for her mistake but I believe that I should reveal this dishonesty to others

Poor quality, no responsibility with customer. Be careful when choosing the material get ruffled after 1month.

I'm very happy with the service and products offered at this store, the staff was nice, professional and very patient with me, she has made many helpful recommendations. Having gone thru other options, this one is definitely worth the value.

I bought my whole dinning and family furniture here, got good experience, bit expensive but my husband and I both are happy with their product quality and customer services.

We purchased our lifetime lounge from this store and we have now enjoyed this lounge for 2 months and we would buy the same lounge again tomorrow. We are so pleased with the quality and service from this store.

Terrible experience. They will lie on your face about the quality but once sold you'll get damaged items. They didn't refund and forced me to accept a faulty item with further delivery charges. Rip off! STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible customer service. I feel cheated after dealing with these guys. I have been trying to get a refund for a product which was sold on basis of incorrect description. Even after having the wrong description written on the invoice, the store staff did not admit there mistake. So far I have not been able to get a refund. On top of this the staff at Essendon store is telling me that there is no channel for customer complaints.Stay away from this store for your own sake. I don't understand how these guys would deliver on there product guarantees when they don't even honour there written word. STAY AWAY!!!

$4000 for a table with a long thin scratch on the marble... 2 days after delivery (not living at the house yet) I notified them and had no attempt to even investigate or help.... will certainly be telling every single person to avoid this place... Legal action will follow
