Aquatime Pools

We had our pool installed by Aquatime Pools in March at the same time as our house was being built. From the start we knew we were in good hands with Paul & Bianca. Everything ran smoothly and the pool was installed in 4 days from start to finish. We now have a beautiful 7m x 3.5m pool and are so pleased with it. Paul, Bianca and the team were wonderful, friendly and made sure we were happy with the end result. We would certainly recommend Aquatime to anyone. Gary & Michelle, Bahrs Scrub.

Aquatime are a great company to deal with. Honest, on time, value for money, genuine people who solve problems if they come up. Issues with mine that new buyers should look out for: defects in the shell (look carefully as it goes in and before water is in or when filter not on); the look of the cutout in the coping for the pipe and finally, check it is plumbed correctly according to council regulations. I am pointing these things out so you know what to be aware of, I would still recommend choosing Aquatime pools because the overall finished product is great and if there is a problem they fix it.

We employed the services of Aquatime pools to construct our family swimming pool roughly 4 years ago.To say that we were extremely satisfied and happy with both Aquatime service & products would be an understatement.Not coming from a building background we undertook the daunting process of shopping around for swimming pool quotes, starting off with some of the bigger companies in our area. After initially almost pulling the pin on the project due to the number of fast talking, pushy sales reps that attended, we found Aquatime through a friend and thought we would have one more try.After speaking with Bianca on the phone to book a quote, I instantly knew that our experience here was going to be different. Within a few days Paul attended our home & experience showed. Paul completely changed the design ideas that the other companies had given, maximising our space and offering solutions to what we were told would be impossible to achieve.Before even receiving Aquatime's quote we knew that they would be our choice.On istall day, once Paul started the dig, we hit what I thought would be a major problem, pipes several pipes underground, not shown on our plans.. This was no issue for Paul to overcome and were all re-ran around the pool.In all mytime I have not seen grown men fit in places and work as hard and fast as Paul & Corey did on this day. From arriving on site at my home at 7am starting their dig, re running pipes, having to crane my pool in over my roof, to filling the pool with water, was done, all before 5pm the same day!My children even swam that night, that's right, from not having a pool at 7am that day, my children were swimming in our very own pool at 7pm that night!All in a day's work" Paul quoted...Over the past 4 years

Well what can I say…Awesome experience from start to finish!Paul, Bianca, Kyle,Corey and the rest of the team were amazing!Communication was outstanding with being notified with delays due to heavy rain, but we didn’t mind as we completely understood!Paul and the guys were outstanding to deal with and an exceptional eye for every detailWould not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of building their dream pool!
