I've made a number of online purchases over a period of time & visited their Lygon street store only recently. During my time engaging with Forza Italia I have never encountered an issue & found the staff to be extremely courteous, highly educated in their product knowledge & at all times very professional.The quality of the products offered is matched in their level of service and commitment to their clients. In my opinion, my scorecard for this great online & shop front store can only be rated as outstanding !In the words of a great Melbournian (Molly Meldrum), do yourself a favour and visit the Team at Forza Italia.

LATEST UPDATE 2023 . They advertise on line go into their shop that's a Size of a shoe box and they don't have the right sizes you would think that being that the grand prix is on and they open till 10pm you would use common sense to stock up . If people have genuine problems stop replying with excuses and do something about it like rectifying the issue or give them back their money .They took our money and when we want to have something exchanged because of a problem they don't reply , Reply to your emails what sort of business are you people running . The service is not good enough.

I cannot express what a pleasure it is to deal with a business such as Forza Italia. I have made 3 purchases with them in the last few weeks, and their communication and customer service is outstanding. They respond to emails almost instantaneously and resolve issues without question. Delivery is fast, albeit I am in Sydney and the post is a nightmare at the moment.
