The Harvest pool team were absolutely amazing in the installation of my pool. They were the only company that I got a quote from that was honest and didn't change the price as they went. From the initial meeting to the install Rhys and his team were professional, communicated effectively and made sure I knew what was happening and when. They were so accommodating when wet weather delayed the install to ensure that it fitted with the other services when rescheduling. I am so pleased that I went with Harvest pools. I could not be happier with the service and final result of my pool.

Not a good experience with Harvest Pools! The product is a great product unfortunately the service and support is very poor. Even the recommended associated trades people didn’t even have the courtesy to call back, your on your own! Still waiting for a cover to be delivered, it has been at the main office for 5 months. Not a happy experience! Would not recommend Harvest Pools.

From our experience, happy to recommend Harvest Pools. Rhys and Stephanie were always available to answer questions and help with supplying information for associated trades. We had a good experience with the associated trades who were reliable and friendly.

We were promised $1000 Cash back on our contract from Rhys if they couldn't get it finished in time for my kids Christmas present. Didn't see the $1000 cash back, or even a finished pool as yet.Finished pool would have been satisfying enough.It's now May, we still have HALF finished ELEVATED pool with no concrete and our temporary fence is due for pickup in 3 days.The communication from the company has been pretty much non existent, unless sending an invoice or a contract demand. Maybe recieved 4 phone calls, and 7 emails total since October when we paid dthem the deposit.Contacted fair trading who asked me to report them for split contracts to avoid insurance as Installers turned up in Harvest pool shirts anyways.They failed to put construction signs up, during construction, failed to ensure the pool fence placement was up to standard to PASS a pool fence inspection, KNOWING I had 4 children in the house, and knowing they had filled it with water.I am simply appalled that my children's safety was of no concern to them.Please think twice before contracting this company, you will almost definately regret it.

Thanks to all the great folks at Harvest Pools for making our pool building experience an absolute pleasure rather than a pain. We heard so many horror stories from peoples pool installs. Nothing was too much trouble for our installer Ryan and the whole team at Harvest. Great communications, clear costings, good handover and after sales advice. Cannot recommend highly enough.
