There was a particular lady who works there was very unhelpful. She could not care less about my experience as a customer. She was sitting on her phone the both times I was in there. Barking unless infomation to the other wonderful lady that was taking my order.She also to me that, If do not come In and pick the shoes up, She will sell them on. Eventhough I had fully paid for them and had a prearrange pick up date.Sorry RM williams. That lady needs NOT WORK IN YOUR STORE.
