Australia Post - Wahroonga Post Shop

Would highly recommend the team makes two lines for customers. One for people wanting postal assistance and the other for passport applications. I’ve been waiting in a line that hasn’t moved for 30m as the only two employees are working on passport applications - which take forever. I’ve seen such lines organised in the city post offices. If they split the lines as least the people with quick postal requests could be served and get on with their lives.

Poor service, beware using Parcel Locker, esp for international. One woman told me that my parcel had been sent back because it wasn't delivered by Australia Post and told me I would have to take it up with the sender. Couldn't even be bothered going to check. I had to do my own detective work to find the Aust Post tracking number. Turns out it had been delivered and was in the back.

I don’t know lady name but she was fabulous. She helped me to get my parcel quickly. Try to contact at post office straight way but couldn’t. So I thanks to her here. Thank you so much❤️❤️

24/7 parcel lockers are the only good thing... code to unlock the door is sent to your email address, but since nobody will care, it's 4455 @Will K. Staff are rubbish, so is this post office... couriers never seem to make it before business hours so I often had to wait another day becaused I missed" my parcel. Lockers are free

The woman at the post office in Wahroonga refused to give me a receipt for the parcel I sent. She said the tracking sticker on the parcel was enough. I explained that I needed the receipt for other purposes and yet she still refused without giving any real reason. Furthermore, she requested that I take the parcel to the red post box a little up the street myself instead of taking the parcel over the counter before picking her phone back and going back to whatever she was scrolling before I walked in. Some of the worst service I have ever received anywhere. It is a legal requirement that a business must provide a receipt if asked.

This has got to be the most frustrating post office I've ever visited, and I've experienced a fair few dud workers over the years.Like other reviews have stated, the staff at this branch just don't care about customer service. I showed up today 10 minutes from closing time and was told there wasn't enough time left to take a passport photo? If your office hours are 9-5 you have to be able to provide your services between those hours, not be lazy and start packing up shop well before your shift ends.The general attitude of these staff members baffles me every time I visit it. If your're a local go out of your way to visit literally any other branch, you'll thank me later.

Love this local Post Office of its ease to park, location, special items and staff.Sorry to read the bad experiences from some of the reviews.There are mixed bunch of staff. Sometimes staff move from other post office to cover shift for the day.Few are Excellent five stars; few are less passionate, take the time and can be rude, Hence a bit of pot luck.Boys in the parcel are Excellent. One review mentioned the darker skin tone lady -the younger one is Excellent, just to clarify.

I’d give five stars to the staff, I’ve always found them lovely — but whoever manages this branch, hire more staff, they are always short. I’ve queued every time of day at this place. Lift your game, managers.If it’s a funding issue then I’m sorry, the government should do more. Sick of underfunded public services in this country.

I have never come across a bunch of woman who dislike their jobs so much that they project their dissatisfaction onto their customers. One staff member particularly the shorter darker lady looks as though she really hates her job and every customer she serves is adding to her dislike of the job.The staff at Hornsby Westfield post office are far better and the service is quick. I recommend avoiding Wahroonga post office.

Very rude staff who immediately pointed out every little bit of mistakes in our passport application. Right at the get go, told us the certified original copies of our birth certificates are not acceptable. These are accepted anywhere. She looks like someone who hates her job. Considering this post office doesn’t have that much traffic, she should be happy. I have read heaps of very negative reviews og this post office and I could ‘t agree more.
