I did the run around locally when my submersible pump failed and I needed to source a replacement.Hayley was about the only person out of the 5 businesses contacted that actually wanted to help. Others gave quotes and bare minimum, others didn't even reply to phone calls and emails. Responses were fast, my questions were answered and their price was reasonable compared to other quotes I'd seen.Then, after it was all said and done, I had a small problem that I needed some support with, and Peter was extremely helpful and quick to return calls.Other small businesses in Rockhampton could learn a thing or two from here. If you can't compete on price, you can sure as hell provide some quality customer service to keep some customers shopping local.

Polite courteous service both on the phone and in person and nothing appears to be too much of a problem for the staff to be able to assist you with.

So refreshing to have a business who know their product are extremely helpful as well as sensibly priced. Highly recommend.

The prices are very dear

Very poor service overall.The installation leaked significantly within days then they charged us to unsuccessfully rectify the issue. They couldn't even meet the minimum consumer guarantee required by law. Still refuse to complete a free repair of their substandard work. That should give context to any statements of them 'standing by their work'.Coverage was as requested and, apart from the leak, the system functions ok.We reasonably believe they damaged our property, they just denied it. If you have a brain snap and use these cowboys, don't trust them to work unsupervised on your property.Just take your business elsewhere, you might be lucky and get an ok job but I wouldn't risk it.

Heaps of products available. Great staff they even call out to the block. Great local business.
