I was attended to by Cherie, who was very friendly and helpful. Cherie was very informative of the Good Feet inserts and how they helped my problem with my feet.I could feel the difference straight away , I am looking forward to having pain free feet.

Bought my Arch supports today. I found Megan to be well informed with the product. Very nice person to deal with.

Fantastic service, Gail was so kind and caring. Very well informed and not pressured to purchase. I have worn orthotics for over 10 years and continued to have problems with my ankles, knees, hip and back despite the everyday use of them. As soon as I trialled this product, I had no pressure on my heels or big toe. I was able to walk without it hurting and actually have good posture instead of compensating for my feet. I will continue to use these and work with the people at this store. Would HIGHLY recommended.

Be aware they have no medical experience, after 10 weeks of giving the product a go I asked for a refund and it still cost me $500 - admin charge 20% (what an outrage). You cannot claim on your health fund either. Please see your doctor, your podiatrist and your physiotherapist- it’s way cheaper and I am getting real results after just 2 weeks with the physio & podiatrist. I feel like I was taken advantage of at a time that I was in pain…. Don’t believe the sales hype, if they truly believed in their product they would offer a 90 day full refund if the product doesn’t work for you. THEY DON’T!Update- So the owner sends me an email after my post … what could we have done, how can we make you change your review? I replied via email as my call was not returned and NO response - again shame on you Rebecca! Should rename the franchise to BAD feet store! Someone needs to take away their license to practice. Total rip-off merchants. All I want Rebecca is a full refund!

I was very happy with my initial meeting with Cherie at Erina Store. I am looking forward to better posture and reduced back pain. It was explained carefully that these results will not be immediate but with perseverance I'll have relief.

Explained my feet issues clearly to sales person. I have Diabetes 2 and need specific support. They assured me they could fix it. I paid $1700 for a pair of shoes I find were made in china and available for $200 elsewhere, and 3 pairs of off-the-shelf arch support. I followed their instructions for a week and ended up unable to walk with the pain. I revisited the store to refit, only to find that the store manager wouldn’t fit the arches with the shoes I was sol. She insisted I buy sports shoes. I already have sport shoes and needed business shoes. They flat-out refused a refund, though I’ve proven the goods were unfit for purpose. Avoid this mob - a real rip-off.

I went to see if I could get some help with some issues with sore feet and knees and the help I received with a great product was excellent.Megan has been fantastic with my initial fitting and then follow up has been fantastic it’s the best experience I have had buying something I needed thank you Megan you have made my good feet journey worth whileCheers Grahame

Was because of a friend posting about The Good Feet Store I remembered the game and if get experience. I have to say definitely impressed and felt the difference. Wax contemplating the podiatrist but no need. Amazing service and not pushy . Plenty of time taken with me and a life time warranty. Go get you feed check you’ll be surprised.

What wonderful staff at good feet store erina.... I was waited on by three lovely staff and felt like royalty! Attentive and made my day with all our banter.All my answered all my questions were answered promptly. The supports felt wonderful and I will be back to get more. I can feel a difference in the way I walk already. I have been telling my friends to go in and have a showing as its such a personal experience. Keep up the the good work.

Such a great first time experience. Charie looked after me and explained everything going on with my feet, and the effects it has on the rest of my body.One day in and I know this was the best choice I had made.Thank you kindly for putting my best step forward
