Friendly people but they make ya wait for ages for ur appointment.. even if your on time.. set aside an hour for your appointment..Ive been going here for several months now and I have had at least 5 different consultants all off them tell me different things about rules and procedures, very confusing.They appear helpful but the consistent attitude seems to be do what we say or you will lose you payments" .. seems more like extortion than support..I would not recommend these guys

I was transferred over from the Canning Vale centre unsure why ? called as the appointment made I couldn't attend worked a 54 hour fortnightI explained this to the gentleman who took my call and he advised me that he had written notes on the system regarding my situation placing a temporary exemption and advised me to call centrelink straight away... I did do that there was no information provided

Great team caring and supportive..Being treated as an individual and not just another unemployed person has meant a lot to me..As an older person I have felt understood and respected..My case worker has been a godsend Thankyou Kayla..

Got tranferred up from cockburn I explain my situation I was In bad domestic violence recently and they ignore that part and held my payments until I come into appointment I’m so lost for words how that not acceptable reason for not making appointment!
