I've grown out of shopping in Aldi also cos prices have gone up too much and I prefer to save instead of spend!!I go to the locals for support and better prices. Eg...bananas Aldi $3.50 kg locals $1.69!!These days everyone looks after their pockets!!

Shocking customer service. Staff are rude in the isles with general questions, have an aggressive attitude at the register and profile me every single time I shop there. I dont need to shop there...so I won't! There's no unique selling point for me..and I'm fed up with the harrassment at the register cross examining my bags and wanting to see my receipts from other retailers (the disclaimer on the door stipulating bag checks is not an excuseto bully and harass customers). I've deliberated on my experiences at this store for 6 months straight with weekly events that do not improve. This store absolutely targets customers by ethnic origin....I've seen it too many times Aldi Port Adelaide and experienced it first hand. When my husband and I are in any queue you do not check bags or ask for receipts from any customers in front of us, nor behind us...just us every single time). How dare you? Considering the prices have an equivalent at the Coles and Reject Shop ...10 seconds away, I absolutely refuse to set foot in there. It's a bad customer experience and my wallet is no better off for putting up with the abuse from staff...appalling

I’m so sick and tired of your checkout staff not knowing the difference between tomato types I have been charged incorrectly so many times I’ve lost count now. Also the service is slow and terrible

Please ensure they always stock gluten free products... Anything GF free an DF free and veg.... It'll keep so many coming back

Pre-packed salad bags being sold at full price today (6 may 2023) that are use by the 7th or 8th. Clearly no stock rotation done either as the shortest dates were at the back of shelf.Also could you tell the young Asian dude with the pallet trucks to chill the heck out? He doesn't need to power walk past blind corners and almost break the legs of elderly customers. OH&S not a big priority obviously.

What's not to like about Aldi, good prices and a reasonable selection of products (not as confusing a choice as in the larger supermarkets) always clean and tidy, easy parking

Terrible customer service. Slow at the register. I can't believe how rude your staff were to other customers in front of me. Plus, Not enough staff on. Long lines. Will NEVER go back.
