I had my first service for my Jayco JRV today. The staff are great, helpful, professional and on time. I couldn't get into my Jayco dealer till Feb. I thank them for today's service. I will look for them to carry out next service.

Had issues with the water pump and a service needed to be done. Had everything completed and also was kept up to date by Sarah with what was happening and when. This was within 4 weeks of original phone call. Unfortunately Jayco were out to nearly 3 months wait. Will definitely use them again.

Amazing service from professional, genuine experts at caravan repair. I cannot recommend them enough. Nobody on the Gold Coast was willing to do the repairs that we needed and these guys did it without question.

A big thankyou to the guys at J Thomas and son.they did a service on our camper trailer and also installed new brakes.had small problem with brakes .my fault.but they quickly rectified.will definitely be back.

Had to go here for a quote to get caravan panel repaired, at request of insurance company. They were very helpful and gave freely of their time to thoroughly quote on repairs.
