Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, when it come to antique clocks I would not go anywhere else.The business is ran out of a older looking house but don't let the look put you off, the knowledge and quality inside is unmached

My Mum took our family's cuckoo clock to be repaired due to it's sentimental value. Stephen requested payment upfront and after a number of visits (with excuses that the clock probably didn't work due to travel in the car) my Mum gave up going back a 3rd time. The clock was repaired by another kind repairer in Epsom for a fraction of the price (and whether the clock had been opened/repaired in the first place).

Stephen fixed my grandfathers cuckoo clock that had not worked for years, in a very short time. My grandfather wanted to hear it working again and had terminal cancer. Stephen was empathetic, professional and fixed the broken clock internally and externally. My pop passed away the following week, we can't thank him enough for his work.

Stephen fixed an old Enfield mantle clock that belonged to my great grandmother. When I delivered the mechanism was apart and in pieces and it's now back together and running like new. Stephen was able to source and replace two parts that were damaged and took the time to explain his work. I would recommend Young's Clock Repairs.
