Telstra Colonnades

Poor customer service when need help only nice when they sell to you. When needing help they don't want to know you. A long time customer of Telstra but not for long after this bad experience. Promises that will look after customers have even rang store no one to talk to email sent with no reply. Manager of store not help at all very poor customer service NOT HAPPY!!

Daniel was exceptional in his customer service and sorted out a problem with phone and still gave time to show new models to upgrade to when ready.Great work Daniel your were committed to helping with the phone issue at hand without rushing.You exceeded my expectations...

This was the best experience I've had with any telstra stores I've been too. Colby one of the team members was super knowledgeable and explained a lot that I hadn't realised or been previously told the first time. I highly suggest going to the shop and asking for him especially. Very friendly staff and good service. Will go and see Colby again when in need of future assistance!

Waste of time, went in to see about getting my address changed with a new connection and was met by the rudest of staff I have ever met in a Telstra store. I left with the impression that they were only interested if I was buying a new phone.They can learn so much from the Marion store.

I was delighted with the efficient booking system & warm, friendly, respectful and well informed staff.Neve went out of her way to assist me and followed up later with calls and texts, to check my issues had been resolved. I dealt with a number of staff and they were all extremely helpful & sorted the issues.It’s worth paying the few extra dollars to get such a quality personal service.

After a one and a half hour wait it was our turn. The assistant who attended us was brilliant. A patient young lady who quickly and efficiently answered all our questions and more. We ended up purchasing a new phone, quite unintended, but it was the best way forward for us. Many thanks.

As a business customer who spends over $15,000 a year with Telstra I am shocked that you have closed all your franchise shops and all but one TBC in south Australia,I visited this store after leaving multiple voice mail's that were never returned, visiting the store was as productive as slamming my hand in a draw for the fun of it.But hey, you know you have me as a customer because you have the coverage in regional area's. one day someone will match Telstra coverage & that will be a bad day for Telstra.PS, I'm the happiest customer you can find, this is the 2nd bad review iv done ever.

Been with Telstra for about 10 years. Have got them to try and change my old email address to my new one for 3 years without success. Been locked out of my account for 3 months due to Telstra security changes. Have to go to the store now to pay my bill as cannot access my account online anymore. Have been into the store 3 times now in 3 months and they are happy to take the money but too busy to help me with anything else.

The dude they have running the front makes fun of disabilities. I can’t hear out of my left ear, have difficulties communicating and rather than help me or have any kind of compassion or understanding in an overcrowded shopping centre just mocked me when I asked for what he said to be repeated.After watching him let countless people just walk in to the shop to look around at whatever they wanted why did he feel the need to stop me anyway? Why me? Could he tell there was an opportunity to be nasty to someone and took it?He accused me of having an attitude because I literally couldn’t hear him, made no effort to be audible or helpful just continued mumbling at the same tone he was already speaking in making it virtually impossible to get anything done.When asked ‘do you need details to book in or should I come back in an hour (wait time quoted)?’ It wasn’t taken as a personal affront. This, tiny, tiiiiiiiiny little man had to make an attempt to make me feel as small as possible.

I came in store after spending hours on the phone & online to simply recharge my elderly neighbours prepaid phone number (who can hardly walk) unable to do this online or speak to a human over the phone I resorted to come in store hoping they would simply recharge this prepaid number. Even with my neighbours credentials they were unable to do it unless he was physically there. If a neighbour can't help to do this in store then atleast fix your phone call/online system to be able to assist the customers that can't actually come into a store. The staff in the store were excellent which is what the 1 star is for. I hear so much Flack about telstra & now I know why. Appreciate the customer service in store but Telstra need to change their system to suit the needs of ALL abled persons. This has caused a very big frustration for my limited neighnour & he will be changing service providers.
