Self service here is ridiculous 1 team member to assist dozens of customers, elderly customers confused on how the self service works waiting for assistance and only 1 register that takes cash! The team leader was too worried about cleaning unused registers to assist the many customers waiting......not good enough Coles!

Store is great.Staff are lovely.Always lots of registers open..so no long waits at the registers or the DeliThe MAJOR downside to shopping hereand I've already put in FEEDBACK and nothing has been done, is it they have locks on their trolley wheels which prevent you from leaving the back car park.So if you are parked in Post Office Place , especially on the other side of the street from the plaza with a trolley full of groceries, that is bags of that need to be carried.... the trolley wheels lock and you left stranded looking at your car working out how to carry all your groceries.And I shop fortnightly .I had to call my husband in tears one day to come help me .The range needs to be extended.3 stars until that improves....

Very good place has a candy bar and juicing station and checkouts lot better now and very good to buy when you don’t need to use Cash !Excellent work here

To few check out staff trying to force you to you use there self service garbage for profits before service and now cut down the deli time by 2 hours to buy there prepacked food , having less staff and improving there profits. Charging more for less service.Should be coles new jingle.

Poor customer service, sliced Vienna with original packaging stuffed inside with bar code hidden. :( Did not offer to exchange ……..Look for a Bakery elsewhere in Traralgon
