Absolutely amazing collection of tiles and flooring, Manny and team were great to deal with and always happy to help and patient. The entire process was flawless and Mannny's design are timeless. Look no where else if you are in the market for flooring selection and interior design.

Had a really positive initial experience, and purchased a stone that we couldn't find anywhere else. They have such a unique range, we were thrilled.Unfortunately, after sales service is basically nonexistent. I called for support and advice about cleaning products, as we were worried we had damaged the stone. I had to call back a number of times despite being told I would be called, and Manny wouldn't even bother to talk to me directly. Basically got barred - after the third or fourth call was told 'there's nothing we can do' by another staff member and hung up on. Left a bad taste, to say the least.

Sally and Manny are absolutely amazing! They offered us incredible advice and helped us select the perfect tiles and floorboards for our home. Working with them was smooth as can be, we enjoyed their genuine warm personalities and it was especially nice to work with people who really care about the finished product. Thank you!!!

Great knowledge of tiles, timber and stone. Really helped us make our selection a lot easier than most other tiles stores. If you looking at being unique this is the store to go to.

The team are very helpful. They guided us through our choices and made recommendations on what would work best. We are very happy with our tiles for our floor and kitchen splashback. This is the second time we've used them and highly recommend them

I had the absolute pleasure of working Aneta on the tile design for our bathroom renovation. Aneta was considerate in giving feedback and ideas & then went above & beyond to try a& assist us with obtaining the tiles we needed in a VERY short turn around. Great customer service.

After a long search for tiles, with a few disappointments and dead ends along the way, I came across Manny at Alexandria Tiles. Manny was very professional, friendly and patient but also listened to what I was after. Not only did he source the perfect tile but also gave me some ideas and suggestions of colours palettes etc. I can only speak highly of Manny and his team and thank you for going above and beyond.

After spending months trying to find the right tiles we walked into Alexandria Tiles, not only did Manny source exactly what we were looking for, but found everything else we needed to complete our project.They have an extensive selection, they are incredibly knowledgeable and offer great advice.The service was outstanding.
