Fantastic Furniture

I'm so lucky. I contacted them for online order today and they coincidentally prepared to click today. Everything just really a coincidence.

Very easy on line ordering .I used the click and collect option and .had my purchase ready to pick up .really good communication from the store in the meantime about time .location etc.Staff at pick up point were very friendly and helpful as well

Placed an order for a rug online on the 6th of October, given 3-4 week estimated delivery time. At 4 weeks, contacted the store, they said there was a delay, another 2 weeks. After 8 weeks, contacted again, they said another delay, would be another 2 weeks. Annoyed, I requested the order be cancelled. Received notification on the 2nd of December that my order was cancelled, noticed no refund so called to find out, they said a refund would take 5-8 business days to process. On the 2nd of January remembered I needed to check to make sure the refund had gone in, surprise surprise, no refund. Called store, they had no answer, saud they'd call back. 2 hours later I receive a call saying oops, there was a system error and refund not processed. It's processed now and will take 5-8 business days. Fantastic STOLE my money for over 3 months (at this stage i still don't have my money) and made me chase after them. Terrible, awful costumer service, horrible business and I will never, ever deal with them again. And you bet I'm telling everyone I know about this experience.

Unfriendly staff,we bought a chaise but unfortunately it didn’t fit in our house due to narrow passage in the house so v return the sofa n paid the delivery charges.Again when v went to buy another one,measuring the lengths n sizes of the sofa which could get in the house,the staff was laughing all the time.I asked them to take the measurements of my house with their measuring tape even when they owe me more than 2000$,they simply denied for it,that I can’t take their measuring tape to my house.Then v asked for the refund and they did not gave appropriate answer,said that our bank is refusing for such big amount to get credited in our acc which hilarious.Over that they said just be sure about the measurements next time u come to the store,I mean v r paying for the delivery charges for both ways that cannot talk to us like that.Just goin there for the last time that too for our refund.Rude

Abbie was very helpful yesterday. Even made sure I had someone to help unload furniture at home. Fantastic service, will return

Worst delivery team we have ever encountered. They don't understand dimensions, can't fit a tiny couch through a door. Who hired them?!Oh mate there nothing we can do"That what he said.I took my end of the couch I brought inside the house infront of him so he see and learn something. Very bad way to conclude your business. Good luck. Not recommend business."

Worst Customer Service experience at Moonah Store Hobart at 12pm 12/03/2023. She don’t even know how to treat customer. As I asked her name but she refused to tell. The product detail and price is already there but she refused to sell that product on display price as the product is last chance sale for exdisplay.

They delivered a defective bed and initially told me that a replacement would arrive within 2-4 weeks, but this turned out to be untrue. After waiting for over a month I decided to contact customer service, I found out that it would actually take an additional 2 months for the new bed to arrive. Adding insult to injury, the delivery fee was non-refundable, leaving me with the options of either paying an extra $100 for a different bed or losing the $60 delivery fee + time wasted. It's appalling that the company subjected me to this ultimatum after wasting so much of my time and providing such terrible service.

Walked around the whole shop and not one person introduced themselves or asked if they could help me in anyway. I saw at least 4 staff members all talking amongst themselves. Left pretty quickly after that.

I have just purchased the Dalkeith Deluxe long timber 8 seater table, with 2 matching bench seats. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL !! Very well made and so easy to assemble. I highly recommend this product !!! It was also delivered to me in Rose Bay Tasmania FAST !!! A+++++
