Never had a problem awesome staff easy to deal with

I rented through them and it was nothing but a horrible experience. The staff are rude and ignorant. They also wouldn’t fix any repairs. Eventually the landlord got sick of them to and ditched them, we now rent through a much better agency.The property we moved into was absolutely filthy when we moved in and rubbish was left from the old tenants that we were told to dispose of ourselves. However the condition report said it was clean and the lawn was mowed however that wasn’t the case.Never would I recommend them to anyone nor would I rent or buy from them. Definitely steer clear of this real estate.

David- on two seperate occasions, with my mum and myself, has not let us know of offers on a house to give us the opportunity to put in a higher offer.He obviously has somebody working for him..He is not letting the vendors know of these higher offers!The units my mum put in a offer for, sold for $20000 less than mums offer!!!!!!I WOULD NEVER LET DAVID SELL MY HOUSE!If u want the most for your house, look at another real estate!Disgusting David!

Cannot stress enough how unprofessional David was. After the contract was signed by the buyer and deposit paid the seller pulled out. How did David react? Hang up on the buyer and tell her too bad so sad"When he was asked about his complaints policy

Make sure you take photos of any place you move into, they will try and screw you out of your bond over existing defects.

I bought my house through David. after a long time searching the wider area. He is a wonderful, honest man. His attitude is so refreshing. He has the best sense of humour yet is very professional. When I had to resell my home there was no question who I would give the listing too. David @ Kurri Dowling. He sold my house for a great price in a matter of weeks. He is a breath of fresh air. Been renting thru Dowling Kurri Kurri for 7 months now and they seem to be on the ball so far. They respond quickly to emails and phonecalls

Disgraceful, the girls there are the rudest people.

We were terminated on the grounds of late rent arrears,which is fair enough,and given 14 days to be out,with or without another property to go to,and not once were we assisted in finding a other place by this real estate,we were out in 15 days,over the period of renting through them they were great at the start,but once the experienced agents left and left staff that are completely undermining,disrespectful,non caring and blatantly rude,to run the show,they have shown myself and my family no respect in what we had done to rectify any problems that we had at the old rental property,and as I had a previous comment posted on this site,they advised me via email that it is unacceptable to post anything about them and it would go on our tenancy record,now I'm pretty sure it's the 21st century,and I am entitled to have an opinion,that's my right in this country of free speech,and It certainly shouldn't anything to do with a tenancy record.wouldnt sell rent buy anything from this real estate if it was the last one left on earth,very dishonest,and a disgrace that they never offered a family of 5(2 adults 3 kids)another roof over they're head,yeah we had late rent arrears,but they were always paid,once the funds were available,we run a small business and not everyone pays us on time as well.

Jess and Courtney are absolutely amazing property agents, highly recommend them. Went above and beyond it makes me so happy that my investment property is safe in their management.
