Delicious healthy food, the girl with brown hair was so lovely & she recommended some nice mixtures of ingredients to me. Not a bad price either for that much delicious fresh food. Will be back:)

Love the concept of their stores and being locals we visit often and are definitely regulars. For the most part it’s fresh light and relatively healthy depending on your choices. We are always looking for healthy alternatives just like this. Unfortunately lately it feels like the portions have decreased and they are not filling the bowls like they did initially. They also have increased their prices. Recently they have now started weighing the protein which is fine however they in both the shops we visit only have one set of scales and when it’s busy with 2 people serving it is painfully slow. Sadly there is also one more mature lady that works there with short hair who is incredibly rude and sadly makes the experience of ordering quite bad, almost to the point we will stop going. The younger staff are always friendly and pleasant. The take away food industry definitely needs more healthy options like raw and rice so hopefully they can make some improvements.

Super tasty Poke bowls. Fresh ingredients and good service. Great flavour too! I highly recommend, my go to when I'm on Hastings Street. Yum!

Good poke bowls and flavour i've been back twice but the young girl serving today and on other days has serious attitude and a generally rude and negative demenour, won't go back now.

I just love this place. I've had a tonne of Poke Bowls over the years and this chain is definitely up there as one of my favourites.Love the tuna and salmon dishes

I had a terrible experience at Raw & Rice Noosa Heads. The lack of hygiene was unacceptable, with no gloves used and numerous bugs flying around the food. The serving sizes were also very inconsistent, leaving me feeling disappointed. To make matters worse, I got food poisoning from their poached chicken which was a result of their lack of cleanliness. On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude which made for an all-around unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this take away food outlet to anyone due to the risks associated with their poor hygiene practices

Ordered a take away tuna poke bowl, all ingredients were fresh and bowl tasted good. Worth a visit for a lighter lunch option in Noosa Heads

I love these bowls. The freshness and ingredients are beautiful. What is not so great is that this business has now started skimping and it seems their standard has dropped considerably. When Raw + Rice opened, they filled each bowl, to the point that the lid would press down on the ingredients. And when you’re spending $17.90 for a bowl that is largely comprised of loose salad ingredients, it was nice to see that at least they weren’t skimping on ingredients. Now they have reduced the size of the child portion but increased the price by $2 (so you're now paying $12.90 for something that's about the size of an ice cream dish) and have increased the regular and large bowls by $2 each (so they are now $17.90 and $19.90 respectively) while at the same time putting substantially less in the bowl. The photo here is a large bowl that could have easily fit in a regular, with room left over. In addition, they were out of multiple ingredients - including chicken and tuna (on a Friday night at 6pm), 2 of their staple proteins, and were scraping the bottom of the container for a lot of others. Skimping on your customers is bad business and the experience tonight makes me reconsider this choice for future.

Raw Rice promises a lot when you enter - fresh clean lines and fresh produce on display. Unfortunately the execution is a massive scale - teenage staff more concerned with meeting up with friends during their break and complete lack of care and focus when assembling bowls, coupled with gluggy rice and incorrect and/or missing sauces left a pile of leftovers for the brush turkeys - never again!!
