Jonathan, Cody and Jess made our lives so much easier. We were first time buyers and both inexperienced and nervy. Cody talked us through the whole mortgage process and got us a good deal. He made sure we stress tested what we could afford which has never been more important. Jess took over the reins and made sure we got the actual mortgage through. She was friendly and patient. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t want to speak to multiple banks themselves.

I don't normally love using brokers due to the commissions. But we've gone through Mortgage Choice repeatedly and I'd recommend them 100%.In the latest case (April 2023), we sought to refinance to get a better rate. James Ly got us a really good deal, which our current bank subsequently ended up beating - so we've stayed with our current bank. So it's a good deal for us, we save money.As said earlier, would completely recommend these guys and both James/Jon in particular.

As first time home buys, the daunting process was made easy and understandable and painless mostly thanks to Jess - who'd take our calls and emails and answer any questions we had. We were worried about our interest rates being quite high and Cody was able to shop around and change our rate within a few days.
