Not happy with this company at all aids only last 6 to 8 hours cost $2,989 with humm. I can do better with closed captions too expensive for very little

My appointment was for 3pm and I got there before 3 to do all the paper work. I sat there for 40mins and ended up walking out as I needed to be back at work. If urgent matters arise maybe you should have more than 1 audiologist on site….. didn’t even get told about the delay until 15mins and than she said shouldn’t be too much longer than 40mins has passed and still sitting there so left…….

The audiologist was very good but the staff were too overwhelming for our business. We wanted the preference to choose ourselves. It distressed my elderly mother. We wanted to take it slow didn't work for us at all. We won't be returning here there are better places to go to.

Not a good experience. Bay Audio is happy to provide service to the elderly (who mind your, get free hearing services over a certain age), yet unwilling to help those born with congenital hearing that no longer have access to any services above the age of 26. The entire company does not deal with NDIS - where a substantial amount of their work would come from. They open weekends and some evenings - only good thing. But don’t bother if you need help getting funding and their assessment and justifications - they have no idea. They didn’t even date the latest report which NDIS rejected because of it. Nor did they bother to return calls.

I entered with my Partner for a hearing test and ended up having one also. The test was not intimidating, it was actually quite fun, and I was surprised at how user friendly it is! Thank you Rebecca for your warm welcome and helpful informative attitude!

Would give no stars if possible, I went in the other day to get my hearing tested seeing as they advertise ‘free hearing tests’. I asked if I was able to do the self test in the waiting room and the OLD BAT ‘helping’ me asked rather rudely how old I was, I responded that I was 19 and she just said ‘no we can’t do that’ without explaining why, or giving me any other options. I asked her what I needed to do I order to get a hearing test and the only thing she told me was that I needed to speak to my GP. Absolutely horrific service, they clearly don’t care about people’s hearing as they would not assist me or give me any other options. I have since learned that they only let people over 26 do the self test because then they’re considered private patients = more money for them. Anyone can begin to lose their hearing at ANY age and it’s a scary and confusing time, Bay Audio did nothing to alleviate this or point me in the right direction. 0 stars.

Wonderfull caring professionals, make me feel important at each visit.

I do not believe employees should be made to stand out the front of the shop. This not a third world country. At least provide a stool. Refuse to use you service until this practice is altered. I am not alone.

Have nothing but good things to say . Staff are friendly and very helpful. The information they give is exactly what you need to know.There’s a lot of choice in hearing aid and I found that it’s no problem for them to attain the results you’re looking for.
