Yep, pretty terrible experience, bought $180 gimble, doesn’t work he refused to look at it or refund or exchange product. Had to call security as he grabbed me when I tried to leave with product, after he wasn’t going to refund. This one is for consumer protection

Very bad owner just seen him abuse a senior citizen and rip him off on a faulty product absolutely disgusting and refused to give him a refund then called security on the senior citizen

I purchased a 10m length of Led strip lighting only to find out that there is a section in the middle that doesn't work. No-one picks up the mobile number provided for their business as i have tried calling many times. I hhave also left text messages as well as voice messages over several days and no response. I wish i had looked at the other reviews before entering this store.

So very rude! Would not even give them one star. I asked for a phone case I could clearly see would fit my phone and they said they only had iPhone case and wouldn't let me look at it. The one I was looking at even had google pixel on it. Please learn what you have in store if you own a business and work in customer service.

The owner will make you feel awfully uncomfortable and will watch you like a hawk. Guessing people have stolen from him. Something online for $6 plus $8 postage was $99 in the this shop.

I dont recommend this business at all. We were sold a security system that was defective. Our fault we took too long to install it but we thought to go back and buy a replacement dvr but before we had even walked through the door. The owner took one look at the box and started screaming not my product not my product! It would be comical except for we literally hadn't even told him what was wrong...please consider when buying from here.."
