Stonecraft Imports

Great customer service! The guys at Stonecraft were very accommodating with some last minute changes to a custom hearth I purchased from them, making the additional cut to the hearth on the day whilst I waited. Brilliant quality and service!

I recently purchased approximately 70 square metres of Tuscany Travertine from Stonecraft Imports to replace the coping on my aging pool & repave under the adjacent pergola. Mark & Jarrad from Stonecraft Imports came out to my home & spent a few hours measuring around the edge of my very large in ground concrete pool to determine how many pavers would be require for the coping alone. The pool is a very large (12.5m x 6m) free formed pool with curved corners & incorporates a large round spa all of which required some serious calculating to determine the correct quantities. The Travertine arrived on time, well packed & in good condition. I have now shopped at Stonecraft on another 3 occasions & each time have found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly.

Just like previous comments I was appalled at the treatment we received by service person. So rude, indifferent and at one stage refused to sell us the product. Told us he owned the business, was the manager and if he had his way wouldn't deal with small orders. $500.00 later we left, and obviously won't be going back with larger order we had planned.Not sure if Mark , the owner I gather, has any idea of his staffs dreadful customer service skills but not knowing or caring how his staff behave leaves me wondering how this business has ever survived over the years. If he had witnessed his staff be so rude and belligerent I believe the salesman would be out of a job My advice find somewhere else to shop Good riddance to STONECRAFT

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Ordered pool coping and matching paving and it arrived ahead of schedule, packed well and looks great installed.All the advice and assistance from the sales team made our project easier and helped me get the final look i wanted around my pool. Thanks guys

I bought a reasonably large quantity of slate for an extended kitchen and new indoor-outdoor living area. I was treated with respect and interest in my extension, and received an acceptable discount for the quantity I was purchasing. Stonecraft stored my slate until the extension was ready, and delivered it on the day I requested, and at a reasonable time. Now that they slate has been laid, it looks as amazing as I hoped it would. I'm very pleased with Stonecraft's product and service.

Went to Stonecraft today to follow up on info given to me via phone from one of their staff. The guy we saw was rude and said that I had misunderstood what his fellow worker had told me. We wouldn’t buy from them if they paid us. It seems judging other reviews that this is the “norm” for this business. They desperately need some training in “customer service skills”. I guess by making their customers feel stupid they feel better about themselves.

one star is too many - will NEVER deal with this place again. customer satisfaction is their least priority. Arrogant and rude. Wish I had read the reviews before i wasted $350 on a product with flaws that they called 'character'. would not even let me exchange for another one.

Good Products, plenty of variety, stone to suit all price points, plenty of displays which is handy to see the products in natural light. will shop there again

Been here a few times to purchase decorative gravel and do some window shopping. Always been a good experience. Harrison was helpful and apologetic for the short wait time to be served. Keep up the good work! :)

Very polite and helpful staff.We did not end up using their product because it would not work for our project, but the staff was incredibly helpful, and they actually recommended a place where we DID find the product we were looking for.
